Bulgaria – Agrarian tyres – „Доставка чрез закупуване на гуми за селскостопански машини и за машини за извършване на изкопно-насипни работи (в т.ч. монтаж на нови гуми, вкл. ремонт, монтаж и демонтаж на употребявани гуми), за нуждите на ЮЦДП – ТП „ДГС – Асеновград“ за срок от 24 месеца“

- Delivery of new agricultural machinery outer tyres, depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority, including dismantling of old tyres, mounting, and replacement of the new tyres' valve;

- Repair of old, damaged agricultural machinery tyres (mounting, dismantling, bonding, straightening of rims, etc.) depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority.

Approximate description of the used tyres/services for agricultural machinery – in Technical Specification (Appendix № 5 of the tender documentation): The delivered tyres must be of high quality, new and unused, suitable for the corresponding brand and type of agricultural machinery and manufactured in one of the specified years – 2024, 2025, 2026 or newer. The tyres/services (mounting, dismantling, removal, installation, bonding, straightening of rims, etc.) must be delivered/performed within 10 working days from the request of the Contracting Authority. All costs related to delivery are at the expense of the Contractor. The transportation in connection with the repair of old, damaged tyres is carried out by and at the expense of the Contractor. The warranty period of the delivered tyres shall be in accordance with the warranty of their manufacturer, but not less than 12 months and shall commence from the date of the invoice for the delivery made. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to request all the described types of tyres and services, as well as not obliged to expend the announced financial resource. In case TP “DGS – Asenovgrad” acquires new agricultural machinery from YCDP during the term of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to carry out the delivery of tyres, dismantling, mounting, straightening of rims for the newly acquired agricultural machinery.
