Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Dynamisches Beschaffungssystem_BNB- und Nachhaltigkeitskoordination

As a public contracting authority, the Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH manages over 5,000 properties of the state of Berlin. These include properties related to, among others, the General Inventory (e.g. administrative buildings), refugee accommodation, cultural buildings, police and fire department facilities, as well as schools and judicial buildings. As a result of this management function, there is regularly a procurement requirement for a variety of services in the field of BNB and/or sustainability coordination. As part of the dynamic procurement system, regular tenders for BNB and/or sustainability coordination are to be conducted. The aim is to build a bidder pool through a participation competition that will be available for future tenders. Inclusion in the bidder pool enables participation in future tenders for BNB and/or sustainability coordination. Among other things, services are to be covered via dynamic procurement in the following areas: Category I: BNB Coordination - Scope of Services: The contractor takes over the coordination and specialist support of the targeted BNB certification throughout all project phases. The aim is to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB) and the successful implementation of the conformity check up to the award of the certificate. This includes the definition and coordination of sustainability goals, the control of evidence, the implementation of the BNB assessment, as well as the specialist support of planning, tendering and construction execution. Category II: Sustainability Coordination - Scope of Services: Sustainable project support – Specialist management of construction and renovation projects taking into account circular economy, resource conservation and ecological optimisation throughout the entire life cycle. Re Use and material strategies – Analysis of the stock, assessment of reuse potentials, development of circular construction methods, creation of material catalogues and building resource passes. Ecological balance and life cycle assessment – Comparison of variants, calculation of CO2 savings, life cycle costs and environmental impacts, as well as documentation for sustainable decision-making. Category III: BNB Coordination and Sustainability Coordination - Scope of Services: Category III reflects a combined scope of services of categories I to II. For certain contracts (particularly with regard to the Police or Justice portfolio) a security and/or reliability check of the personnel used may be required.
