Rent festive lighting decorations for the 2026-2027 Winter Holidays, for the streets and locations in the Municipality of Bucharest as provided in the terms of reference. The contract includes the rental supply of the products, the requested accessories, transport to the beneficiary's depot and the guarantee obligations. Assembly on locations and connection are carried out by CMIPB. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 7 calendar days. Requests are submitted through SEAP. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to clarification requests received on time, on the 5th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 161 para. (1) of Law No. 98/2016.
