The area A is a construction site of approximately 5,500 m2, on which the new construction of a laboratory building with integrated office space, microbiological and chemical laboratory rooms, and storage areas, the new construction of a parking garage to partially cover the parking requirement on the site of the Sipplinger Berg, and the new construction of a central access gate are to be realised.
