Poland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Projekt zamienny przebudowy i rozbudowy stadionu miejskiego w Olsztynie

The subject of the contract is the selection of a Contractor (designer) who will be responsible for preparing interchangeable multi-disciplinary project documentation for the reconstruction of the Municipal Stadium in Olsztyn, located at alei Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 69A, including the expansion of the stadium along with parking and technical infrastructure located at ul. Piłsudskiego and covering all necessary elements enabling the obtainment of interchangeable building permit and the implementation of the investment, through the introduction of changes required by the Contracting Authority, in the project documentation prepared by PIG ARCHITEKCI Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, including all changes contained in the OPZ. As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to provide author supervision.
