The ÖBB housing programme has three properties at Bahnhofplatz 18, 19 and 20 in Strasshof a.d. Nordbahn. The buildings are protected as federal monuments. The project includes: renovation of the vacant rental units; implementation of alternative energies; inspection and/or renovation of the risers, house drain, and all stairwells (including fire protection requirements); construction of balconies; enhancement of the residential building.
