Czechia – Ham – 26-053 Vepřová dušená šunka – pořízení a ochraňování

The subject of the contract is the procurement and storage of 100 tonnes of smoked pork ham (hereinafter also "ham"). The ham will be part of the state's material reserves and property of the Czech Republic. The Administration, as the contracting authority, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, ensures the defence capability and defence of the state, the mitigation of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of the state's vital economic interests. The subject of the contract is divided pursuant to Section 35 of the Act into 2 separate parts, namely: 1. part of the contract: Procurement and storage of 50 tonnes of ham - sliced packaging. 2. part of the contract: Procurement and storage of 50 tonnes of ham - packaging in bulk.
