Poland – Courier services – Świadczenie usług kurierskich polegających na doręczaniu przesyłek kurierskich nadawanych przez Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych w latach 2027-2029

1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of domestic courier services consisting of the collection, acceptance, movement and delivery by the Contractor of courier consignments, and in the event of their non-delivery, their return to the Contracting Authority's Units. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex no. 3 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the number of Courier Consignments and additional services by decreasing or increasing by a maximum of 25% the number of these consignments or additional services within each category within the maximum gross remuneration for Courier Consignments and additional services, depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority arising from the obligations imposed on the ZUS by legal provisions, to which the Contractor agrees and will not make claims regarding quantitative and qualitative changes during the implementation of the subject of the contract.
