The subject of Lot/Service Area 03 is planning services for track maintenance measures (at least reconstruction/upgrade) with many special constraints and/or in steeply hilly terrain. The subject of Lot/Service Area 04 is planning services for urban federal roads. The subject of Lot/Service Area 05 is planning services for PWC facilities, unmanaged and managed rest areas with normal traffic requirements.
