The procurement procedure used is the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Code de la commande publique. The framework agreement with maximum is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code de la commande publique. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The services are divided into 2 Lots:

- Lot No. 01 Lamps and lighting equipment - maximum amount of 80 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive over the total duration of the contract

- Lot No. 02 Electrical supplies and cables - maximum amount of 160 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive over the total duration of the contract

Each lot will be the subject of a framework agreement awarded to a single economic operator. Candidates have the possibility to submit tenders for all lots. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of notification of the contract. The framework agreement may be renewed 3 times for 1 year.
