The previous transporters have reached their legally prescribed service life as well as the planned holding period by AWB and are now to be renewed. For the inner-city concept and the disposal in the green areas, the FGM, in coordination with the city cleaning department, has decided to procure electric transporters in the form of narrow-gauge vehicles with waste collection bodies. This involves six replacement procurements, one new procurement as a reserve and two new procurements as a fleet expansion.
