Croatia – Tyres for heavy/light-duty vehicles – PNEUMATICI ZA MOTORNA VOZILA S USLUGAMA ZAMJENE, ČUVANJA I ZBRINJAVANJA

The subject of this public procurement procedure is the procurement and delivery of tyres for motor vehicles with replacement, storage and maintenance services, which is divided by territory into the following groups:

Group 1 – City of Zagreb and Zagreb County

Group 2 – Osijek-Baranja County, Vukovar-Srijem County

Group 3 – Brod-Posavina, Požega-Slavonia, Virovitica-Podravina, Bjelovar-Bilogora Counties

Group 4 – Međimurje, Varaždin, Krapina-Zagorje, Koprivnica-Križevci Counties

Group 5 – Karlovac, Sisak-Moslavina Counties

Group 6 – Primorje-Gorski Kotar and Istria Counties

Group 7 – Lika-Senj and Zadar Counties

Group 8 – Šibenik-Knin, Split-Dalmatia and Dubrovnik-Neretva Counties

The subject matter groups include the procurement of tyres for:

- passenger cars,

- off-road vehicles,

- vans – passenger – other light goods vehicles

- motorcycles and mopeds (referred to as motorcycles in other procurement documentation),

- goods vehicles.

The contracting authority is obliged to submit a separate Invitation to Participate for each group.

In accordance with Article 161, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act 2016, the purchaser will simultaneously, by electronic means of communication, invite all selected tenderers who have access to the dynamic procurement system to submit a bid for each separate procurement within the system in accordance with Article 144 of the Public Procurement Act 2016.

The term category from Chapter 2 of the Public Procurement Act 2016, which relates to the dynamic procurement system, has been changed in this procurement documentation to the term group, thus aligning it with the terminology used in the EOJN RH system.
