Germany – Building-cleaning services – Unterhaltsreinigung TraveNetz (TWB)

Execution of maintenance cleaning in the buildings of the contracting authority, divided into two lots:

Lot 1: Main site Geniner Str. 80, 23560 Lübeck: The cleaning area is approximately 11,100 m² and is divided into 12 individual buildings. Approximately 5,200 m² of this will be cleaned by the contracting authority's own cleaning staff.

Lot 2: Outlying sites: four waterworks (approx. 1,200 m², weekly cleaning), network control centre (approx. 1,600 m², daily cleaning), 13 combined heat and power plants (monthly cleaning), substations and switchgear (cleaning 3x/year), data centre (monthly cleaning). The outlying sites are distributed throughout the city area or are partially located outside of Lübeck.
