Romania – Medical consumables – Furnizare materiale sanitare si consumabile 85 loturi

Supply of sanitary materials and consumables 85 lots, in accordance with the attached terms of reference. The subsequent contracts will be awarded monthly or quarterly depending on the budget allocation. The maximum value of the subsequent contracts is for 3 months. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline by which interested economic operators can request clarifications for access to the award procedure: until the 18th day before the deadline for the receipt of tenders. (In accordance with Article 160, paragraph 2 and Article 161 of Law 98/2016). Any request for clarification must be submitted in SICAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
