Finland – Lighting equipment and electric lamps – Kansallismuseon näyttelykäyttöön tarkoitetut kohdevalaisimet sekä niihin liittyvät vaihdettavat optiikat

The subject of the procurement is the exhibition lighting fixtures intended for the Museum of National Antiquities / National Museum ("Procurement Unit") and the interchangeable optics and other additional accessories defined in the invitation to tender ("Goods"). The quantities and minimum technical requirements of the goods to be procured are set out in the attached lighting list. The lighting fixtures must be mechanically and electrically compatible with the existing ERCO 3-phase track systems at the National Museum. The body material of the lighting fixtures must be aluminium. The lighting fixtures must have the interchangeable optics defined in the invitation to tender and filters that change the colour temperature to warmer and cooler directions (Cold, Cold Plus, Warm and Warm Plus or equivalent). The Goods must have a minimum production warranty of five (5) years. The warranty and maintenance services must be available in Finnish. The Goods must be delivered by 29.1.2027. The selected supplier must aim to deliver the Goods as soon as possible after the conclusion of the contract and, if possible, before the deadline. The detailed schedule will be agreed with the selected supplier. The schedule must take into account that the delivery of the Goods will take place during the museum's opening project. For the aforementioned reason, the Procurement Unit reserves the right to make changes to the deadlines set out in the invitation to tender. NOTE! On 19.10.2026, the Procurement Unit corrected the invitation to tender attachment with a correction notice. The Procurement Unit has corrected the erroneous numerical value in cell F10 of the attachment "Kansallismuseo_näyttelyvalopaketti". In the new attachment "Kansallismuseo_näyttelyvalopaketti korjaus" the numerical value has been corrected. Furthermore, due to the correction, the Procurement Unit has extended the deadline for the tendering process and the deadlines for asking questions and providing answers.
