France – Construction work for buildings relating to health – Marché global sectoriel relatif au projet de construction neuve du centre hospitalier SMR (soins médicaux de réadaptation) de Maubreuil à Saint Herblain

The Centre Hospitalier de Maubreuil provides medical rehabilitation care (SMR). It has a specialized rehabilitation technical platform for this purpose. The latter plans to increase its capacity, both for conventional hospitalization and for day hospital, while integrating oncology specialties. This project is materialized by the construction of a new hospital center on a vacant lot, located near the Hôpital G&R Laennec in Saint-Herblain. This new construction must accommodate 96 beds and 53 places, over a programmed useful area of 6 913 m². The present consultation aims to contract a sectoral global contract as per Article L.2171-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract includes, on the one hand, all the design studies necessary for the realization of the works, on the other hand, the execution of all the works necessary for the realization of these works, and finally the maintenance and major overhaul and renewal of the works over a period of 2 years, including the warranty period.
