Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Neubau und Umbau Grundschule Horrheim

The enactment of the Ganztagsförderungsgesetz (GaFöG) establishes a legal entitlement to full-day education and care for primary school children in Baden-Württemberg, starting in the first year of school from the 2026/2027 school year. The primary school in Horrheim plans to offer flexible childcare with extended care options before and after school. To ensure the additional use of the existing premises, an adaptation of the structural fire protection in the existing building as well as the new construction of a canteen (approx. 450 m² NGF) is required. There is already an approved plan (design stage 3), which is a mandatory basis for further planning. The documents will be made available to the selected bidders in stage 2. An object and construction description is attached to the tender documents.
