Framework agreement for the provision of printing services, production of printing products and related services for 24 months, or until the net framework amount of 84,000,000 Ft is exhausted, whichever is earlier, according to the specifications in the tendering documents (TD) and the BT-24 field. If the available framework amount is not fully utilized within the 24 months, the Inviting Party (IP) is entitled to extend the present agreement by a further 12 months, at most, by means of a unilateral written declaration of intent sent to the successful Tenderer (T) company, which declaration of intent the IP may make at least 30 days before the expiry of the present agreement's validity.
