The subject of the present public procurement is: "Supply of material assets for cadets of the National Military University "Vasil Levski" by separate positions" and includes ensuring the minimum required material assets for the cadets studying at the National Military University "Vasil Levski", as well as the supply of work clothing, work shoes and personal protective equipment necessary for practical training, in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Specifications, part of the tender documentation. The subject of the procurement is divided into the following separate positions: Separate Position No. 1 – Camouflage clothing accessories. Separate Position No. 2 – Gloves. Separate Position No. 3 – Half shoes. Separate Position No. 4 – Field shoes. Separate Position No. 5 – Flannel shirts. Separate Position No. 6 – Sports shoes. Separate Position No. 7 – Sports clothing. Separate Position No. 8 – Work clothing, included in the list under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of ZOP. Separate Position No. 9 – Work shoes and other personal protective equipment. The quantities foreseen for delivery are indicated in the attached in the CIS EOPD, section Parameters, Table "Forecast quantities by article types" – an integral part of the public procurement documentation. The indicated quantities are forecast, serve to form a forecast value by separate positions and do not bind the Contracting Authority to their declaration in full. Binding for the Contracting Authority are only the written requests for delivery sent to the Contractor. In this sense, depending on the need and the available financial resources, the Contracting Authority has the right not to declare the indicated quantities in full. All items must comply with the requirements set out in the relevant technical specifications, attached to the tender documentation and an integral part of it. In Separate Position No. 8 – Work clothing, included in the List under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of ZOP, pursuant to Art. 80, para. 1 of PPZOP, items falling under the List under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of ZOP, adopted with Decision No. 591/18.07.2016 of the Council of Ministers, have been separated, in order to comply with the legal requirements for awarding the delivery of these to specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities or to economic entities, the main purpose of which is the social and professional integration of persons with disabilities or persons in a disadvantaged position.
