Framework agreement for the renovation of vacant apartments

The WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin Mitte mbH (hereinafter WBM) intends to optimise the renovation of vacant apartments. The optimisation of the existing model provides for a newly structured catalogue of services, which will relieve both WBM as the contracting authority and the contractors from the process-impeding detailed mass data collection. The services will be defined on the basis of standardised individual measures, which can be compiled and called up room-by-room or in packages. It is planned to bind 3 contractors per lot (3 regional lots), who as general contractors (GU) will provide all sub-services for the completion of the called-up measures in own and/or third-party services on schedule. The total inventory of all lots comprises approximately 34,500 residential units, with a relative equal distribution per lot. The inventory has a strong focus on 2 and 3-room apartments (each with over 30% share in all lots). The upper limit for the complete service is 60 million EUR net, of which 16.5 million EUR net for Lot 1, 28 million EUR net for Lot 2 and 15.5 million EUR net for Lot 3.
