Scope of the subject of the contract: 1) The subject of the contract is the supply of aggregates as part of the task entitled: „Repair of forest road with inventory number 220/0355”. On plots No.: 2430, 2431, 2166, 2167, 2463, 2462, 2418, 2419, AM-3 cadastral district Bystrzyca, cadastral unit Oława - municipality. 2) Names and codes relating to the subject of the contract as defined in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main CPV code: 14212300-3 – crushed or broken stone 3) The subject of the contract includes the purchase and delivery to the point of installation (location of the investment task) of the following materials: a) crushed aggregates with a continuous grading of 0/31,5 mm fraction in the amount of 1 540,00 tonnes, b) crushed aggregates with a continuous grading of 0/5 mm fraction in the amount of 130,00 tonnes. 4) The moisture content of the crushed aggregates indicated above at the time of delivery must not exceed 12%. 5) Further information is contained in Section 3 of the Technical Specifications.
