France – Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations – Conduite et maintien en conditions opérationnelles des installations de courant fort, courant faible, courant faible de sécurité et des équipements électromécaniques des centres du CEA/DAM

The scope of the contract covers activities related to the operation and maintenance of high voltage, low voltage, low voltage safety and electromechanical equipment of the CEA DAM centres to ensure their availability and safety. These activities include: — operation (parameter readings and monitoring, checks, locking/unlocking, equipment shutdown/startup, adjustments necessary for equipment operation, etc.) ; — preventive maintenance and periodic checks and tests, material configuration for VRP; — troubleshooting; — minor works (minor modification operations of installations); — participation in site acceptance and expert appraisals; — methodology (drafting of maintenance procedures, operating procedures, safety documents, intervention reports, stock management, field feedback); — planning of interventions. The contract notice includes 4 geographical lots: - Lot 1 covers services for the DIF centre (B26-06848); - Lot 2 covers services for the VALDUC centre (B26-06854); - Lot 3 covers services for the CESTA centre (B26-06855); - Lot 4 covers services for the RIPAULT centre (B26-06856).
