Bulgaria – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – „Дигитализация на административните процеси в учебната дейност на Медицински университет - Плевен чрез надграждане, внедряване и поддръжка на съществуващата информационна система с нови електронни услуги за студенти, преподаватели и администрация“

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the digitisation of administrative processes in the educational activities of Medical University - Pleven through the upgrading, implementation and maintenance of the existing information system with new electronic services for students, teachers and administration. The subject includes the execution of the following stages and activities according to the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1):

1. Data and requirements analysis

2. System project preparation

3. Software solution development, including upgrading of the technological platform and information security measures, as well as the development and implementation of:

a) "Electronic Student Card" Module

b) "Electronic Attendance Tracking" Module

c) "Electronic Semester Completion" Module

d) KUKEP component of "Electronic Main Book" Module

e) "Scholarships" Module

f) "Dormitories" Module

g) HR component of "Human Resources" Module

h) "Teacher Satisfaction Surveys" functionality

i) CRM system

4. Testing

5. Implementation and commissioning

6. Personnel training for working with the information system

7. Preparation and submission of project documentation

8. Guarantee maintenance of the information system, starting from the date of its acceptance with the Acceptance/Transfer Protocol;

9. Post-guarantee maintenance of the information system, starting from the date on which the guarantee maintenance expires;

10. Transfer of intellectual property rights to the information system

The place of execution of the public procurement is Medical University – Pleven, Pleven, "Klement Ohridski" St. No. 1 and the office of the Contractor at the location. The deadline for upgrading, implementation, testing and commissioning – no more than 9 (nine) months from the date of signing the contract. The deadline for providing guarantee maintenance – no less than 12 (twelve) months from the date of acceptance of the system into operation. The deadline for providing post-guarantee maintenance – no less than 12 (twelve) months, from the date of completion of the guarantee maintenance.
