Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Neubau der Feuerwehr Hohenkirchen

The AG intends to build a new fire station in Hohenkirchen. The project planning (LP 1-4) and building permit have been available since May 2026. Reference is made to the planning documents (Attachment 01) including the building permit from 19.05.2026 plus the supplementary permit from 25.08.2026 (Attachment 02). For the further planning and project supervision, the AG is seeking a general planner with the present invitation to tender. It is currently intended to tender and award the construction services subsequently as individual trades. The contracting authority has a Central Procurement Office (ZVS). The following services are included in the contract: • Project planning (LP 5-8) according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI • Building services planning electrical (LP 1-8) according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI • Building services planning heating, ventilation, sanitary (LP 1-8) according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI • Landscape planning (LP 2-8) according to §§ 38 ff. HOAI • SiGeKo services The content of the individual services is derived from the draft contract (Attachment 03) and the attached documents to the service overview (Attachment 04). The aforementioned planning services will be awarded in stages. Initially, only the LP 5 (project planning), the LP 1-5 (building services planning) and the LP 2-5 (landscape planning) will be commissioned according to HOAI. It is optionally reserved to call up the further phases in a second and third stage. Furthermore, reference is made to the procurement guidelines.
