Germany – Engineering services – Neubau Kita im Ellenfeld Bad Kreuznach_Technische Ausrüstung ELT gem. §55 HOAI 2021

For the „Building and Interior Design“ project, a realization competition was already conducted according to RPW 2013. The contracting authority is currently in negotiations with the 1st prize winner. The subject of the competition was the architectural and landscape concept for the new construction of a seven-group day-care centre in Bad Kreuznach and the associated outdoor facilities. The planning site is located in an urban area in the southern part of Bad Kreuznach, east of Alzeyer Straße. The site was previously used as a day-care centre. Currently, the building is being demolished to clear the site for new construction. The total site area is approximately 3,086 sqm. The project is under the motto of modern and sustainable building and is intended to position itself as an impetus for sustainable development within the urban fabric.
