Poland – Tree-maintenance services – Wykonanie specjalistycznych prac utrzymaniowych i pielęgnacyjnych zabytkowej Alei Lipowej w Rzucewie

The order is implemented as part of the project: "Maintaining the biodiversity of valuable natural habitats of the Coastal Landscape Park through the active protection of the 'Salt Meadows' in Władysławowo and the historic 'Linden Avenue' in Rzucewo," Decision no. 0001-FEPM.02.17-IZ.00-0002/25-00 of 28.05.2026. 2. The undertaking is co-financed by the European Union under the programme European Funds for Pomerania – RLKS 2021–2027 and from the budget of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. 3. The subject of the order is the implementation of specialist maintenance and care works on the Linden Avenue along the county road no. 1513G Rzucewo – Osłonino (approx. 2 km section). The Avenue is located 53% within the boundaries of the Coastal Landscape Park (CLP), and 47% in the CLP buffer zone. The entire Avenue is an immovable monument. The Avenue is part of the palace-park complex with a manor in Rzucewo, entered in the register of monuments by the decision of the Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments in Gdańsk on 19.07.1985, under no. 940 (new no. -575). The ancient trees in the avenue (linden trees) are Natural Monuments. The scope of the works includes the following tasks: 1) Removal of mistletoe 2) Reduction of ivy 3) Improvement of habitat conditions 4) Management of neighbouring trees through the reduction of neighbouring trees 5) Side reduction of the crown 6) Reduction of the tree with the retention of a witness 7) Tree removal 8) Removal of suckers 9) Removal of deadwood 10) Restoration of tree crown stability 11) Tree cutting: maintaining the road edge, withdrawing the crown, partially heading, forming the crown 12) Arboricultural diagnosis 13) Specialised inspection 14) Dynamic and static bracing 15) Installation and dismantling of traps for the horse-chestnut leaf miner 16) Removal of leaves from under the horse-chestnuts 17) Installation of nesting boxes A1 for blue tits and great tits 18) Removal of undergrowth 50+ 19) Clearing 20) Mowing verges 21) Tree planting with soil preparation and care 22) Restoration of registration plates 4. The Contracting Authority will provide the Contractor with the decisions of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments: 1) No. ZN.5146.7.2026.MMr of 6 February 2026 regarding the issuance of a permit to undertake other actions on the avenue trees within the scope of carrying out protective – arboricultural and conservation measures, 2) No. ZN.5146.4-5.2026. MMr of 25 March 2026 regarding the issuance of a permit to remove 535 trees. 5. The description of the subject of the order is Annex no. 1 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the order. 6. A detailed list of trees with their locations on maps, a list of procedures to be carried out on individual trees, the location of plantings and other tasks related to the maintenance and care of the Avenue are included in the project documentation entitled: - "Management Plan for the Linden Avenue" - Annex no. 1.1 to SWZ, - "Programme for Undertaking Other Actions on the Monument" - Annexes no. 1.2 to SWZ, - "Tabular compilation and photographic documentation of trees +50 for removal within the Linden Avenue along the road Rzucewo – Osłonino" – Annex no. 1.3 to SWZ.
