This award documentation contains the requirements, criteria, rules and information necessary to ensure that potential tenderers are fully, correctly and explicitly informed about the application of the award procedure for the framework agreement with the object “Supply, installation, commissioning and arrangement of the space necessary for the fixed digital radiology equipment”. The general objective of the contract is to increase the capacity for care and treatment of patients, in order to function at high-quality standards that meet the needs of patients and the requirements of doctors, for which these are indispensable in the exercise of their profession. Deadline for receipt of clarification requests: interested economic operators will transmit clarification requests no later than 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 160 and 161 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented. Deadline for response to clarification requests: AC will respond fully to all clarification requests, once, 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. AC will respond only to clarification requests submitted through SEAP by the deadline set.
