Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1690_EU/26 - Werksinstandsetzung von Periskopteilbaugruppen des Systems GTK Boxer

The contract involves the maintenance of periscope subassemblies of the GTK Boxer system. Bidders must take into account when submitting their offers that the information on the respective lots is derived from historical values and estimated requirements and may include any additional requirements (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate from the quantities required in a lot for the respective supply numbers. The upper limit for each order is in any case the total quantity (estimated requirement + safety margin) summarized in the relevant lot. This contract does not obligate the contracting authority to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends after 4 years. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
