The Augustinum gGmbH is a charitable provider of disability support and operates 15 locations in the north of Munich and the surrounding area through its subsidiary Augustinum Wohnstätten. The Augustinum gGmbH is currently constructing a new residential home with 20 places for workshop attendees and 4 places with integrated day structure on its property at Hirschplanallee 2, 85764 Munich. The project is being realised in timber construction. A general contractor was commissioned in 2023, following a Europe-wide tender (publication in the EU Official Journal: 2023/S 053-155108) to provide the planning services required for the project's realisation from the design planning stage, and the construction services in the sense of a turnkey construction. This contractor has begun executing the project. Due to the premature termination of the contract during the ongoing construction phase, the necessary execution services (remaining services) for the realisation of this project are now being procured.
