The purchasing unit establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of municipal technical design expert services. During the validity period of the dynamic purchasing system, all interested candidates or groups formed by them can submit an application to participate in it. The DPS is valid until the day stated in the procurement notice, unless it is terminated or amended while the DPS is in force. Competitions for assignments are conducted among the suppliers accepted in the dynamic purchasing system, through separate competitions within the DPS, which may be scheduled for the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase (estimated June-August 2026, non-binding) and ends when the validity period of the DPS expires. A more detailed description of the dynamic purchasing system's subject is presented in the application for participation and its appendices, particularly in Appendix 1: Dynamic Purchasing System Subject and Sub-Areas. SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM The estimated total value excluding VAT of all sub-areas of the dynamic purchasing system is a maximum of 7 500 000 euros.
