Finland – Repair and maintenance services – Osallistumispyyntö: Pori Energia Oy:n kunnossapito- ja huoltopalveluiden hankinta

The subject of the procurement are maintenance and service for Pori Energia Oy's production facilities (power plants and heating and cooling plants). The tender will be implemented as a negotiated procedure under Section 38 of the Act on Procurement in Special Sectors (1398/2016). This procurement notice initiates the participation request phase of the tender. No tenders are to be submitted during the participation request phase. The procurement will establish a framework agreement under Sections 45 – 46 of the Act on Procurement in Special Sectors. One bidder will be selected as the winner of the tender and the contracting authority's framework agreement partner. The estimated total value of the procurement is 200 000 euros (VAT 0%) per year, or 800 000 euros (VAT 0%) for four years. The maximum value of the procurement under Section 45(2) of the Act on Procurement in Special Sectors is 1 000 000 (VAT 0%).
