Description

SKI hereby offers a dynamic purchasing system (hereafter the System) for the procurement of cars. The System covers the procurement of cars within the following 4 categories. The content of the categories is further defined in Annex C. Subject of the System: • Category 1a, which covers the procurement of passenger cars based on the award criterion "Costs" • Category 1b, which covers the procurement of passenger cars based on the award criterion "Best price/quality ratio" • Category 2a, which covers the procurement of commercial vehicles based on the award criterion "Costs" • Category 2b, which covers the procurement of commercial vehicles based on the award criterion "Best price/quality ratio" Customers must always use the award criterion "Costs" (categories 1a and 2a) when using the System, unless the car(s) procured in the System constitutes a workplace for the user of the car, or if there is a need to evaluate the vehicle's safety functions. In these cases, a mandatory workplace assessment (APV) of the car must be carried out, which is why the specific procurement in this case must be made in category 1b or 2b using the award criterion "Best price/quality ratio". In categories 1a and 1b, only cars that the Danish Road Directorate at any time defines as a passenger car in the registration category M1 (in the System, M1 is referred to as passenger cars) can be procured. In categories 2a and 2b, only cars that the Danish Road Directorate at any time defines as a passenger car M2, a van N1 or a truck N2, but only the part of vehicle type 025 N2 truck, which is covered by a driving license for category B, can be procured in the system (in the System, cars covered by M2, N1 and N2 are referred to under the collective term commercial vehicles). Public authorities are automatically obliged to use the agreement via the "State Procurement Circular", as are the Preparatory Basic Education (FGU). Municipal customers must have activated their procurement commitment to SKI to be able to use the agreement upon implementation. All other SKI customers have the right but not the obligation to use the agreement. The customer concepts and the customers' procurement commitment are described in detail in Annex B Customer List.
