Framework agreement for oncology medicines, in accordance with the provisions of the terms of reference. The framework agreements will come into force from 18.10.2026 or on the date of exhaustion of the quantity from the framework valid until 17.10.2026. For Lot 5 CEMIPLIMABUM, the framework agreement will come into force on the date of award. The purchaser reserves the right that, in the event that the Ministry of National Defence or another institution has carried out procurement with the object of the products proposed to be procured in this procedure in a centralised manner for UM 02175 Constanţa (Spitalul Militar de urgenţă “Dr Alexendru Gafencu” Constanţa), this CONTRACT ceases to be valid, with a prior notice of 5 working days, the parties following to settle the reciprocal obligations arising up to that date. The contracting authority responds to requests for clarification/information within 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. Any request for clarification must be submitted in the SEAP.
