The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Section 106 (1) of the Public Procurement Act, wishes to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) in accordance with Union procedures for the procurement of studio technical (lighting, sound, video) and IT equipment for sale and rental, which are frequently required for the Contracting Authority's public tasks and for the daily operational functioning of the Contracting Authority. The DPS will be established in two categories (1st category: Purchase of studio technical and IT equipment, 2nd category: Rental of studio technical equipment). The type designations given in the technical descriptions and specifications are provided as examples to comply with the provisions of Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority indicates that, in accordance with Section 107 (7) of the Public Procurement Act, tenders for products not listed in the invitation to participate and in the further procurement documents issued within the framework of the establishment of the DPS may also be submitted during the tendering process.
