The subject of this tender is general contractor services in the German-, French- and Italian-speaking parts of Switzerland within the framework of a framework agreement. The contract duration is three years with an option to extend by two further years. The subject of the contract is renewal work on tracks and points with ballast cleaning (SR), ballast replacement (SE) and substructure renovation (UBS). The bidder must be able to implement track renewal projects as a general contractor (GU). The award is usually made from SIA phase 51 (implementation project). In certain cases, prior involvement of the company is required so that it can create the construction phase planning during phases 31–33. There is no obligation on the part of SBB AG to purchase (no entitlement to exhaust the contract sum by the end of the contract period, incl. option). Content of this lot: Type / Kind: All conversion types such as ballast cleaning (SR), ballast replacement (SE) and substructure renovation (UBS) for tracks and points, with a focus on ballast cleaning, whole of Switzerland. Implementation as general or total contractor. Description: General lot for track projects (partly with points) with construction lengths of approx. 1000 m to max. 9000 m. Civil engineering work must also be carried out. Ballast cleaning must be able to be provided for standard widths up to 450 cm and for local confined conditions (tunnels, bridges, platform areas etc.) with a passage width of < 320 cm. Volume/Quantity: Annual volume with total approx. 20-40 km SR, SE and UBS, thereof approx. 15-30 km/year ballast cleaning. Guaranteed annual minimum purchase quantity of total 20 km/year and thereof 15 km/year ballast cleaning. The annual theoretical maximum volume is twice the minimum purchase quantity, i.e. 40 km/year SR, SE and UBS. This value is decisive for the additional quantity discount. Premiums: Two premiums. Guaranteed minimum purchase quantities for the top-ranked bidder (total minimum 20 km/year SR/SE/UBS, thereof min. 15 km/year ballast cleaning). No guaranteed minimum quantities for the second-ranked bidder (the graduated discount will be applied). One offer is valid for both premiums (top and second-ranked). No offer can be submitted for the guaranteed minimum purchase quantity only.
