The procedure is a restart of procedure 2023DP09, which covered the same subject and was declared unsuccessful. The present operation concerns the reconstruction of the wastewater treatment plant in Mesnil-Saint-Père. The load to be treated at this plant is highly dependent on tourist activity. Between winter and summer, the raw organic pollution load can vary from 640 PE to 2 500 PE, with highly variable loads from one day to the next during the intermediate period. To address this specificity, and in line with the discharge objectives imposed, the treatment line envisaged is of the SBR ("Sequencing Batch Reactor") type. The sludge line must allow for the production of paste-like sludge to be stored in skips. During the works, the continuity of treatment of the installation must be taken into account.
