The purpose of the public procurement is to provide equipment for the needs of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy by supplying high-speed document scanners and multifunctional devices (MFD). The procurement is divided into two separate lots: Lot 1 for the supply of 7 scanners and Lot 2 for the supply of 31 multifunctional devices. All devices must be new, unused, and in original factory packaging. The minimum required warranty support period for all equipment for both lots is 36 (thirty-six) months, starting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for delivery.
