Czechia – Insurance services – Pojištění majetku a odpovědnosti za újmu Statutárního města Frýdek-Místek

The subject of the public procurement is the insurance of movable and immovable property, liability insurance for damage to the statutory city of Frýdek-Místek and its contributory organisations established by the statutory city of Frýdek-Místek. The contracting authority requires the arrangement of insurance for immovable, movable property and liability for damage. This concerns: 1) Mandatory contractual insurance, the obligation to conclude an insurance contract pursuant to Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, arises from special regulations, in particular - mandatory liability insurance of the provider of social services pursuant to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services for the insurance period from 01.01.2027 for a fixed period until 31.12.2029, - mandatory insurance of the provider of childcare services in a children's group pursuant to Act No. 247/2014 Coll., on the provision of childcare services in a children's group and on the amendment of related laws for the insurance period from 01.01.2027 for a fixed period until 31.12.2029. 2) Voluntary contractual insurance – arises voluntarily, depends on the will of the insured to conclude an insurance contract pursuant to Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code – in particular, insurance of property and liability for damage for the insurance period from 01.01.2027 for a fixed period until 31.12.2029.
