France – Public road transport services – Convention de délégation de service public du transport urbain routier de voyageurs du réseau TCL sur le périmètre de la Communauté d'agglomération Villefranche-Beaujolais-Saône

SYTRAL Mobilités wishes to award a contract to an economic operator for the provision of the public urban passenger transport service TCL within the territorial jurisdiction of the Villefranche Beaujolais Saône Agglomeration Community, comprising 18 municipalities. The scope of the service covers all the tasks of operation and maintenance of the equipment necessary for a public urban passenger transport service: 6 regular bus lines (970,000 km total/year), 18 school lines (235,000 km total/year), 5 on-demand transport services (230,000 km total/year). The total of these services represents approximately 5,400,000 annual journeys and mobilises a workforce of approximately 80 full-time equivalents. Additional tasks may also be ordered by service order. The provision of transport services for people with reduced mobility may also be prescribed.
