The municipality of Edewecht, despite its rural location, currently has few green and recreational spaces. With the relinquishment of a stadium site, the municipality has the opportunity to convert a centrally located, partially sealed and intensively used wasteland into a climate-adapted recreational area and integrate it into the existing quarter in terms of urban planning. For this purpose, the planning services of the landscape and external works design in accordance with HOAI § 39 LPH 1-9 as well as special services in accordance with Appendix 11 HOAI are to be provided.
