Poland – Firefighting vehicles – Zakup ciężkiego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego dla OSP Niegowa

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a heavy rescue-firefighting vehicle with a 6x6 drivetrain (category 2: buried) for OSP NIEGOWA. The contract also includes the delivery of additional equipment required for the operation, instructions in Polish, a set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, and training for OSP members in its operation. 1) Detailed description of the subject of the contract, description of the requirements of the ordering party in terms of implementation and acceptance of the task are specified by: - Specification of Contract Conditions (SWZ) - Description of the subject of the Contract (minimum technical-user requirements which must be met) – attachment no. 2 to SWZ, - Contract template – attachment no. 6 to SWZ All requirements specified in the documents are minimum requirements, and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the terms of the contract under art. 226.1.5 of the Pzp.
