Subject of the present procurement procedure is the procurement of framework agreements for consulting and implementation services for the further development and operation of the ServiceNow platform as well as for the use of AI solutions. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 - ServiceNow (SN): Services in the field of IT system integration, architecture consulting, as well as further development and operational support of our ServiceNow platform Lot 2 - Artificial Intelligence (AI): Data engineering, development services in the field of AI services / AI systems, integration into the existing IT landscape, as well as training of process-specific models.
