The contract concerns the execution of a design mission for Civil Engineering works related to the complete creation of a new 225/20 kV substation with a PSEM type building on the HTB network in the commune of Vallorcine (74). The works include, in particular: the platform, the fence and the gate / a 225/20kV TR booth with its HTA grid / a 225kV PSEM building / an HTA room, four ½ racks and a relay room. The following will be requested in the base mission of this call for tender: ESQ / APS / APD (including building permit application and other administrative authorisations) / DPC / PRO / DCE / ACT / VISA + SYN / DET / AOR. BIM Option: The Contractor is requested to provide an option for the execution of its studies in BIM. OPC Note: The Contractor's mission does not include OPC services, as the works contract will be awarded to a general contractor or a joint venture (no separate trades).
