The Noise Control Unit makes road traffic noise emissions available to the public in a GIS. These emissions are used for the propagation calculation of the noise pollution register, as well as for noise reports from private developers. At regular intervals, the emissions are updated with new traffic surveys, calculations, etc. The present submission calls for the full update of area 6 Pfannenstiel and the partial update of area 1 Furttal-Unterland (see area division in Fig. 1 on page 14 and Chapter 3.5.7 on page 31 in the tender documents).
