The Contractor shall perform the full range of duties of an investment supervisor inspector as defined by the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994, the Construction Law. The scope of the objects planned by the Contracting Authority for implementation within MRN3 has been specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contractor shall be responsible for the control and written evaluation within 5 days of the documentation provided by the designer implementing the order for the execution of the project documentation of all elements created in the design process related to the verified and supervised task at each stage of its implementation, as well as the control of the amendments made in accordance with the instructions; The Contractor shall actively participate in meetings and consultations organized by the Contracting Authority during the preparation of the project documentation and during the construction works, as well as in the financial settlements and controls carried out by the consulting and financing units of the investment and public administration bodies; As part of the supervision of the proper execution of the project documentation, the supervisor inspector shall be required to prepare a report within 14 days from the submission by the Contracting Authority of the complete project documentation; The Contractor must familiarize themselves with the rules and guidelines contained in the "Project Implementation Manual" (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) in order to properly verify the project documentation and control the correctness of the construction works. The Contracting Authority shall provide the Manual to the Contractor on the date of the conclusion of the Contract. Before transferring the construction site to the Contractor of the construction works, the supervisor inspector must familiarize themselves with the design and cost documentation, the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the construction works, the accepted financial and physical schedule, the offer of the Contractor of the construction works, the contract with the Contractor of the construction works, as well as the investment site, its equipment and existing hydrotechnical facilities and structures; In the event of detecting defects or inaccuracies in the project documentation, before the start of the construction or during its implementation, or the need to make changes to the documentation in order to apply different structural solutions or different materials than those originally envisaged in the project documentation or in order to achieve savings and reduce costs, the supervisor inspector should submit a written request to the Contracting Authority for the introduction of changes or corrections in the documentation; The supervisor inspector may independently introduce changes to the project documentation after agreeing them with the author of the project and the construction manager, making the appropriate entry in the construction journal and applying these corrections in the project documentation. These corrections must not lead to an increase in the costs of the supervised construction works and have a negative impact on the environment and safety. Details are provided in the SWZ.
