This procedure is governed by Articles L.311-10 and following of the Energy Code and aims to construct and operate eleven offshore wind farms located off the coast of Normandy, off the coast of Brittany, in the South Atlantic and in the Mediterranean. The winners will conclude a remuneration top-up contract under the conditions specified in the tender specifications and in accordance with the commitments contained in the offers of these candidates.
