Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a factory-new school bus for the transport of primary school students by the Municipality of Domaniewice, with a year of manufacture no earlier than 2026.

1. The equipment and components installed in the vehicle must comply with the relevant national and/or international regulations. 1.1. The equipment and components installed in the vehicle must meet the requirements of separate national and/or international regulations. 1.2. The bus must be technically sound, complete, and free of defects. 1.3. The seller should be the owner of the vehicle or have written authorization to dispose of it. The vehicle must not be subject to bank security or the property rights of third parties. Components included in the subject of the contract on the date of submission of offers may not be designated by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale. 1.4. The contractor, after technical acceptance, will deliver the vehicle to the location indicated by the Purchaser at their own expense. 1.5. The Purchaser requires the bus to be powered by a diesel engine meeting the following requirements: 1) emission level of at least Euro-6 Step - E (Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 595/2009 - OJ L167/1 of 25.6.2011) with later amendments. They must be protected against contamination. 2) They must be adapted to fuel containing biocomponents in the maximum quantities provided for by the applicable standards and regulations (PN EN590:2013 replaced by PN-EN 590:2022-08) - regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels. 4) The engine control system must not contain hidden programs changing the level of exhaust emissions depending on the mode of its operation. 1.6. The Purchaser requires a minimum 24-month mechanical warranty on the entire subject of the contract, including the paint finish and electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies, including the drivetrain, with no mileage limit. 1.7. Classification of the subject of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 34121000-1 - Buses and coaches 1.8. The bus, which is the subject of this contract, must be a factory-new vehicle (according to the definition of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251 with later amendments), i.e. it must not have been previously registered, and the mileage of the delivered bus must not exceed 2000 km. Furthermore, the bus must not have been previously used for test and demonstration drives. The bus must not be a prototype and must be produced in series, i.e. this type has already been sold to carriers in the European Union or associated countries. 1.9. The Purchaser requires that the subject of delivery contains more than 50% of products originating from Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on the equal treatment of enterprises, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply pursuant to a decision of the Council.

2. The minimum technical requirements, equipment, and documentation for the school bus are specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and the method of implementing the subject of the contract is specified in the Specification of Contract Conditions together with the contract, which is Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
