France – Road construction works – Lot NO.15 Aménagements urbains autour des ouvrages annexes

This consultation concerns the urban development works around the ancillary structures that will be carried out after the civil engineering and second phase works of the North-West sector of Line C of the Toulouse Metro. The contract includes, among other things, the following services: - Topographical operations, - Execution and as-built plans - Colour DESCs in sufficient numbers, including frames for requests for permits and road permissions, - Protection of existing networks, - Protection of all various structures and neighbouring buildings and the preserved environment (urban furniture, private or public fences, ...), - Temporary site signage, including ground marking, site signage and fencing and all work necessary for its proper execution, - Temporary signage of diversions, and their maintenance during the work, - Management of all types of water during the work (drainage, collection, pumping, evacuation, …), - Site protection devices and their maintenance during the work, - Preparation including the establishment of DICT and the follow-up of related operations (marking, staking), - Clearance of the footprints, with the removal of all types of urban furniture (except the furniture conceded by TOULOUSE METROPOLE not included in the present contract) - Supply and installation of public lighting, masts height 5, 7 or 9m, including chambers, network and connections to the existing metropolitan network, - Deconstruction of certain road elements (curb, carriageways, pavements, platforms…), - Removal and possible replacement of certain items of urban furniture, kiosks or small buildings located in the public domain, - Reconstruction of private property boundary walls, - Connection networks of the works and metro stations to the networks of wastewater, rainwater, potable water supply and telecom, - Execution of the necessary earthworks, road structures and temporary or permanent coverings, for the redevelopment of the footprints around the ancillary structures of the metro, - Execution of all final signage works, - Execution of small civil engineering works, retaining walls, concrete stairs, - Restoration of the site, temporary restoration of land, carriageways, pavements and verges, - Removal and replacement of gates, execution of fences, … - Execution of landscape arrangements, planting of various trees and shrubs, reconstitution of hedges and shrub beds, and preparation of land for final seeding, - Management of all site waste, - And all final restoration and cleaning works. The consultation takes the form of a single-operator framework agreement with order forms with a maximum amount of 2 115 800 euro(s) HT. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 48 months from the date of notification to the contractor.
