Germany – Screed works – Marie-Curie-Gymnasium Hohen Neuendorf - Erweiterung Gymnasium und Cafeteria: Los 09 - Estricharbeiten

The construction project involves the expansion and new building of the Marie-Curie-Gymnasium in 16540 Hohen Neuendorf. The building adjoins the existing building, is partially basemented and has three above-ground floors (Ground Floor - 2nd Floor). The net floor area is approx. 1,670 m², the gross volume approx. 7,000 m³. The expansion and new building will be constructed in reinforced concrete (mixed construction: prefabricated, semi-prefabricated parts and in-situ concrete) with an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) facade. As part of the rough construction work, there will be minor interventions in the cafeteria of the existing building. Throughout the entire construction period, school operations must be able to continue without restrictions.
