Netherlands – Toilet paper, handkerchiefs, hand towels and serviettes – Levering van sanitaire middelen gemeenten Sittard-Geleen en Heerlen

The tender aims to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier per parcel for the supply of sanitary products for each municipality. The tender is divided into two parcels:

- Parcel 1: sanitary products for the Municipality of Sittard-Geleen.

- Parcel 2: sanitary products for the Municipality of Heerlen.

It is permitted to bid on one or both parcels. Each parcel will be awarded separately. Average historical order value per year, excluding VAT:

- Municipality of Sittard-Geleen: 435,000 euros.

- Municipality of Heerlen: 18,650 euros.

For a quantitative purchase pattern in hardware per municipality, we refer you to the price lists (Appendix 5), which contain information about the quantities per municipality per year. The quantities from the price list form the basis for the tender. However, these quantities are intended solely to allow for unambiguous comparison of submissions. Neither these quantities, nor the quantities and volumes mentioned in the guide, confer any rights on bidders or future contractors.
